About TB Commercial
TB Commercial provides short-term, property-backed finance for professional borrowers. Each enquiry is reviewed directly, with attention given to the asset, the numbers and how the loan will be repaid.
We also work with private investors looking at property-backed opportunities. The aim is straightforward: clear terms and practical communication for viable transactions.
Speak to TB Commercial →Common questions
Residential investment, mixed-use and commercial property may be considered where the facility is for business or investment purposes and suitable security is available.
Facilities are available up to £2 million. There is no published minimum loan size; every transaction is reviewed on its own merits.
Facilities normally run for up to 12 months. Other terms can be reviewed where the property, transaction and exit support them.
Depending on the transaction, interest may be retained from the loan rather than paid monthly. The structure will be set out clearly in the indicative terms.
The exit is how the loan will be repaid, typically through a property sale, refinance onto longer-term borrowing or another evidenced source.
